How fast does it arrive?
Within a couple of minutes of paying, by email, as a printable PDF. If you choose a reveal date, the recipient's email goes out that morning, Eastern time.
Does it expire?
It is valid for 12 months from purchase, and can be transferred to another person at no charge. Write to info@azzurracitytours.com and we will sort out anything unusual.
Can they pick any date?
They pick from the real open times on our schedule, online, whenever suits them. Most people fly within a few months; winter days are often the clearest.
What if the weather is bad on their day?
Flying depends on the weather. If the sky is not right, we move them to another day at no charge; we tell them early and find a time that works.
Who can fly?
Ages 13 and up. Everyone flying brings a government photo ID. Weight limits apply to every flight (275 lb per person; 425 lb combined for two); write to us if you are unsure.
Is the airport fee really included?
Yes. Linden Airport charges a $35-per-person fee, and every flight certificate here has it prepaid along with the flight. Extras like the photo package can be added when they book, or by you now.
Can they use it for a different flight?
Yes. A certificate is worth its face value toward any Azzurra flight. If they would rather take a different one, they write to info@azzurracitytours.com and we move the value across.
Is this a helicopter?
No. Azzurra flies a Piper Cherokee PA-28, a four-seat airplane, from Linden Airport (KLDJ) in Linden, New Jersey, about 40 minutes from Manhattan.
